In a work environment, if the management policies are almost complete, if it defines those policies need to be review every 6 months, it is deemed as review frequently, and, in this period, it there is particular policy needed to be modified a lot, it means, this policy is, in fact, not complete enough👉👉Its Q&A before was not sufficient, it is because, those Q&A for 1 management policy usually happens for more than 1 time, including those only 2 persons are involved in the meetings.

b. In Q&A meetings, there is a great possibility it needs to be flexible in the management policies for some kind of work, including but not limited to: The substitute for approval work(e.g., during a supervisor's leave), and to define a notification for emergency occurs after work and those channels for this emergency report after working hours, etc.

Please note a very important point: In the event of any matters not covered by this management policy, OOO or OOO shall make immediate and appropriate action decisions to protect the highest interests and safety of the company, employees, and relevant stakeholders at the time of the incident, it includes but is not limited to work commands that have not undergone discussion procedures.

c.  Because, VPs or managers of all kinds of work level are able to identify the significance of things, it is surely they can deal with those emergency intuitively, it is also because the greatest spirit of the work contracts is to fulfill the work obligation defined in the contract, rather than following things regulated in the written management policies only👈👈Work rules of your company /organization contains no those wording in red above.
